The airport shuttle route can decide between a Palisades and Northstar arrival. Compare the last usable departure and your exact lodging stop before purchasing a flight—not simply the drive distance.
What the July 2026 timetable lists

These are the operator’s July 2 timetable times, not a guarantee for every winter date. The service runs only to reserved stops; the timetable requests reservations at least 24 hours ahead and recommends at least 30 minutes between flight arrival and shuttle departure. Give yourself more margin when delays, baggage or travel conditions warrant it.
Two flight decisions
For a scheduled 16:00 arrival, the listed Green departures have already passed. The Red route lists 18:30, but that helps only if your destination, reservation and actual arrival work. For the return, the listed Green pickups at Northstar Village reach Reno at approximately 10:35 and 16:20; an early flight may require another arrangement. Red has earlier listed Olympic Valley pickups.
Before booking
- Confirm the exact dated timetable, airport pickup point and lodging stop with the operator.
- Work backward from the airline’s required airport arrival time, not from flight departure alone.
- Plan what happens if the flight misses the reserved shuttle or roads delay the return.
- Check cancellation/change terms and arrange a supported alternative before assuming a late arrival is covered.
